Workday HCM Business Systems Analyst – 4 Contract Openings

We are looking for 4 experienced, Workday-certified Business Systems Analysts (BSA) to support a major global HR transformation program for an international client.

Mandatory Eligibility Criteria

Workday certification is mandatory. Active or expired/lapsed Workday certifications are accepted.
Minimum 5 years of experience supporting enterprise applications and related business processes, including requirements gathering.
Demonstrated hands-on experience in Workday functional support, enhancements, testing, and business process analysis.
Strong understanding of HR processes and Workday HCM functionality.
Excellent communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
Willingness to undergo background verification, if required by the client.

Candidates should clearly mention their primary Workday specialization and relevant certification(s).

Project Overview

The engagement supports a major global Hire-to-Retire HR transformation program, including Workday HCM optimization, business process redesign, global payroll transformation, and ongoing functional improvements.

The project includes Workday support, enhancements, process harmonization, configuration reviews, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support across multiple countries.

Key Responsibilities

Provide functional support for Workday HCM and related modules.
Troubleshoot system issues and data inconsistencies with technical teams, AMS providers, and vendors.
Gather business requirements and facilitate workshops with HR and business stakeholders.
Prepare functional specifications and process documentation.
Support fit-gap analysis, solution design, configuration reviews, and system enhancements.
Develop and execute test scripts, support UAT, regression testing, and hypercare.
Support Workday reporting, dashboards, analytics, and data governance.
Collaborate with global HR, payroll, technology, and implementation teams.

Engagement Details

Openings: 4

Location: India

Work arrangement: Remote working arrangement to be confirmed; any travel requirements will be communicated during screening.

Contract duration: Initial 7 months, with potential extension up to 2028.

Start date: Immediate / Earliest available, subject to client confirmation.

Engagement type: Contract / Freelance / B2B

Compensation: USD 15–18 per hour, depending on experience and specialization.
